Ingredients

1/2 pound of salmon

A couple handfuls of potato chips, crushed

Zest of 1 lime

3 tablespoons fresh dill, minced

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the potato chips, lime zest, dill, and olive oil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then coat the salmon with the mixture. Place in the oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
