Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge
A rich dark chocolate fudge with cherry jam and dried cherries, made creamy with condensed milk and marshmallow fluff.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cherry jam
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
Directions
- Combine the dark chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar, condensed milk, cherry jam, heavy cream, water, and butter to a large saucepan. Set it over medium heat and stir until the butter is fully melted and the sugar is dissolved.
- Turn the heat up to medium high and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue cooking and stirring the whole time, until a candy thermometer reaches 230 degrees, about 20 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate mixture in the bowl. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the fudge has become thicker, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the fudge to chocolate molds or a prepared pan. Chill it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
