Ingredients
thick cut pieces of tuna, one per person
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. fish rub or seafood seasoning
1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients. Put tuna in zip loc bag and pour marinade over. Marinate in refrigerator 1-3 hours. To cook, oil your grill with a piece of paper towel dipped in olive oil, then preheat charcoal or gas grill to high. Put fish into a colander placed in the sink and drain marinade off, discarding the marinade. Grill fish 4-6 minutes on each side.
