Farro and Kale Salad with Grapes Feta and White Wine Vinaigrette

How to make?
Ingredients
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced shallot
Salt
3/4 cup dry farro
5 oz. baby kale
12 oz. red grapes
4 oz. feta
3/4 cup walnuts
Directions
For the dressing - In a jar combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, mustard, shallot and season with salt to taste . Cover with lid and shake to blend. Chill until ready to serve. For the salad - Add kale, cooked farro, grapes, feta and walnuts to a salad bowl. Pour over dressing and toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
