1 lb ground lamb
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pepitas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small flour tortillas, warmed
Toppings of your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut lamb shoulder in large pieces, approximately 4-5 inches and remove excess fat. Season generously on all sides with Kosher salt.
