Ingredients
1 package of mini whole wheat slider buns
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced cucumber
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Top flatbread with a generous smear of hummus, a couple spoonfuls of Israeli salad and pickled cabbage, and drizzle with tahini sauce. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley. Devour immediately.
