4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Carefully peel back husks from corn down to the base and remove all silk. Fold husks back into place and secure tops with kitchen twine. Place corn in a large bowl of salted cold water and let soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
