Elotes Avocado Toast with a Fried Egg

Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread
1/2 avocado, mashed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Juice of half a lime
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil for cooking the egg
1 large egg
1 ear of corn, cooked and kernels removed
2 tablespoons crumbled Cotija cheese
Directions
Heat butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add corn kernels and season generously with Kosher salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until corn is tender and cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
