Ingredients
4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Season both sides of pork chops generously with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Lightly brush peach halves with oil.
