Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Frosting:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions
For the Cake: Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a half-sheet pan, dust with cocoa, and tap out the excess.
