Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
Put the minced garlic and salt in a resealable plastic bag and crush it with the heel of your hand until it’s a paste. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, soy sauce, harissa, mustard, and honey to the bag, combining the ingredients well.
