Ingredients

1 whole chicken

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Use a pair of strong kitchen scissors to snip off the tips of the wings. Cut off the parson's nose of the chicken.
