Ingredients

1 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie crust

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in the Swiss cheese, vegetables and chicken. Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!.
