Ingredients
1 lb. of your favorite pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add the broccoli florets. Cook until tender, then remove with a slotted spoon. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water before draining.
