Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine the chicken stock and buttermilk in a liquid measuring cup and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Set aside.
