1 package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter 9-inch pie or tart plate. In large bowl stir flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt to combine. Stir in melted butter until moist crumbs form. Press into bottom and sides of pan.
