2 slices of rye bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 slices Swiss cheese
Thousand Island dressing
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, relish, lemon juice, and horseradish. Season dressing with salt and pepper and set aside.
