Ingredients
2 live lobsters, 1-1.5 pounds each
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 hot dog buns or brioche rolls
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnishes: chopped chives, paprika, mayonnaise
Directions
Heat butter in a large skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until foaming subsides. Add hot dog buns, with exposed crumbs down, and griddle until golden brown. Flip and griddle second side. Transfer to a serving platter.
