Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds salmon fillet, skin on
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill
Directions
Heat the oven to 475 degrees F. When the oven is hot, put the butter on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the pan in the oven for the butter to melt, about 1 minute.
As soon as the foaming stops, remove the pan.
