Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . In a large bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, salt and pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Place the flour in a shallow dish or plate. Dredge each chicken wing in the flour until lightly coated. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking time. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F . Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!.
