Grilled Jerk Pork Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup jerk seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 pounds boneless pork loin, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Directions
Place all of the ingredients for paste in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth. Place pork chunks in large Ziploc bag and pour in the paste, seal and toss to evenly distribute; open and reseal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
