1/2 head of cabbage
1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili paste or Sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Remove 24 large outer leaves from the heads of cabbage . Roll each leaf with a rolling pin gently to flatten and smooth it. Core the remaining cabbage and chop it very fine. Sprinkle it with the salt and set aside in a colander.
