Creamy Vegan Pesto Sauce with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Wash and dry basil. Peel your garlic cloves and smash them with a flat side of the knife, so they mix better. Squeeze lemon juice and remove the seeds. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Pulse for about 2 minutes until everything is evenly chopped. Then, add the olive oil and blend for about 30 seconds until the sauce is smooth. .
