Ingredients
2 jalapenos, halved and seeded
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Adjust oven rack to 4 inches below broiler and preheat broiler to high. Place tomatillos, onion, and chilies on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Broil until darkly charred and blackened on top and tomatillos are completely tender, 6 to 12 minutes.
