Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons harissa paste
1/2 cup beer
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
Place a sheet tray lined with foil or a large cast iron skillet under the broiler to preheat. Toss the cleaned shrimp with salt. Set aside.
