Ingredients

1/2 cup dried mushrooms

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees F, using the convection function if you have it. Brush the mushrooms clean and cut them into 1/4-inch slices.
