Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound pizza dough
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into small cubes
1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Divide dough into 4 equal parts and place each in a covered quart-sized deli container or a zipper-lock freezer bag. Allow to rest at room temperature for at least 2 hours before baking.
