Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cooked beet, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons water
Directions
Combine beets, chickpeas, cumin, tahini, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. With machine running, slowly drizzle in olive oil.
