2 tablespoons butter, melted

3 large eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Directions

Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll pie crust into 9-inch pie plate, tucking back edges of crust or crimping as desired.
