Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking.
