Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Using a food processor pulse the cauliflower florets, in batches, until it is about the size of rice .
