Ingredients

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 mini zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the zucchini rounds on the baking sheet and brush each round with olive oil. Sprinkle chopped basil leaves and Parmesan cheese over the zucchini rounds. Top each round with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a spoonful of marinara sauce. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm. Enjoy!.
