2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 teaspoon sea salt

, 1 bunch kale Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and dry the kale leaves, then tear them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the sea salt, white vinegar, and olive oil until combined. Pour the mixture over the kale leaves and toss to coat evenly. Spread the kale onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned on the edges. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Enjoy!.
