Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, mix together the warm water, olive oil, salt, baking powder, all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour until combined. Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil. Spread the dough onto the baking sheet into a thin circle about 12 inches in diameter. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden brown on top and bottom. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge of the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings of your choice . Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and toppings are cooked through . Slice into wedges and serve warm!.
