How to make?
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned; stirring occasionally. Transfer cauliflower to prepared baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over the top of the cauliflower and spread evenly with a spoon or spatula. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges. Serve warm. Enjoy!.
