Ingredients
1 large bunch of Swiss chard, washed and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup vegetable broth or white wine
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . In a medium bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Swiss chard and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes more. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour vegetable broth or white wine over it. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve hot with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!.
