Ingredients
8-10 pound fully cooked bone-in ham
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice concentrate, Dijon mustard, honey, and brown sugar until combined; set aside. Place ham in a roasting pan and score the top of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern. Rub the spice mixture over the top of the ham. Pour the orange juice mixture over the top of the ham and spread it evenly with your hands or a brush. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached . Baste every 20 minutes with pan juices during baking time. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!.
