Directions
Puree the mangoes until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add lime juice and sugar. Stir together water and cornstarch. Slowly stir the cornstarch mixture into the mango mixture. Heat until slightly thickening and remove from heat. Let cool a little and then place in the fridge to chill. Slice the cake, strawberries and then serve with sauce.
