Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, drizzle evenly with the salad dressing, and toss until evenly combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!.
