1 recipe Cool and Refreshing Buttermilk Granita
Directions
Put strawberry pudding in a pastry bag fitted with a large plain tip. Poke a hole in the bottom of each choux puff with the pastry-bag's tip and squeeze about 1 tablespoon of pudding into each puff. Set filled puffs on a baking sheet. Put strawberry sugar in a small fine-mesh strainer and sift it over the puffs to evenly coat. Arrange puffs on plates and spoon macerated strawberries alongside. Top strawberries with buttermilk granita and serve immediately.
