ice
1 1/2 ounces cognac
2/3 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup
lemon round for garnish
Directions
Add cognac, lemon and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a sour glass. Add a single piece of ice and garnish with a lemon round. Serve.
