Baby Bump: 18 Weeks!

This is the first week that I feel like I actually look "pregnant"! I know I've had a bit of a bump for the last four or five weeks, but it's deceptively small in person -- when I wear regular clothes, people are constantly telling me that I look so much more pregnant on Sugarlaws than I do in real life! But starting this week, it's been a lot more noticeable.
We had an awesome Thanksgiving, and I'm so excited for the holiday season! It kicked off a little late this year, but I did enough damage on Black Friday that I'm basically caught up. I outfitted almost the entire nursery in a single day! I'd already bought the dresser (which I'm hoping to use as a changing table too), but with Friday's sales, I got the glider, crib, and rug! And last weekend, we had the room painted, so I'm feeling SO on top of things at this point!
The room we're using for the baby was such a disaster before -- a mish-mosh of blog stuff and random clothes I never wear. I always knew it was a disaster, but I never wanted to do anything with it because I knew it would be the nursery someday. It's really the last room in our house that was still unfinished, so I'm SUPER excited to have it look great. Don't worry, I have before pics to share with you guys when I finally do the nursery reveal!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Did anybody make my pumpkin gingerbread?!
{Scroll down for my 18 Week Update!}
How far along? 18 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: About 11 pounds.
Maternity clothes? Same, same: Maternity pants and regular tops or dresses.
Stretch marks? Nope.
Symptoms: Not many this week! An occasional pain here and there, and a super annoying bout of heartburn, ugh.
Sleep: Still ok.
Best moment this week: Celebrating Thanksgiving with Chad's wonderful family! I'm very grateful to have such awesome in-laws, and it was amazing to meet our little nephew Evan! Also, I scored a TON of stuff for the nursery on Black Friday sales, so that was pretty amazing.
Worst moment of the week: The gestational diabetes test. The drink itself wasn't *that* bad (you hear nothing but horror stories about it!) but sitting in a doctor's office while your blood sugar spikes is pretty gross.
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? My clothes! Getting dressed is sort of an ordeal lately.
Movement: Yup, every day!
Food cravings: Turkey and stuffing! Obviously. :-)
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!
Have you started to show yet: I definitely think so, although people keep telling me otherwise.
Labor Signs: Nope
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: A really fun holiday season! It never feels like Christmas until after Thanksgiving, and I am so excited this year!
