style: sugarlaws and ramshackle glam

As I mentioned a bit ago, this weekend I spent a really fun Sunday taking some photos with my friend Jordan of Ramshackle Glam -- we had SUCH a blast over several hours drinking a little wine, tripping on our high heels as we tried to climb the stairs to her roofdeck as quietly as we could, and generally just playing a mega-game of dress up.

Jordan is wildly beautiful, but what was sort of fun about the whole thing was that we have such different styles, but I think they totally mesh in these photos! It's funny how sometimes all the models in a photoshoot can look like they have slight variations on the same clothes, but in real life, what's really fun about seeing how all your friends dress is the variation and the uniqueness that everyone brings to it!

HUDSON sent me this pair of jeans, and I've been loving the return to boot cut! With a few years of skinny jeans under my belt, I'd almost forgotten how comfortable and flattering boot cut styles can be -- and Hudson's baby boot, like these, are perfect for those of us who can't go cold turkey on skinny styles just yet. I'm also wearing some amazing bangles that I got at a party last week for Eric Daman's new line with Charlotte Russe. The genius who gave us this. And this. And (swoon) this. More on that soon!
