soft and relaxed

For the two weeks or so leading up to the bar exam, all I did all day every day was study. Ponytail, no makeup, and clothing that was actually pajamas or as close to them as I could get, which is where this outfit fits in.

I'm a sucker for the way that clothing feels, whether it's soft cotton or smooth silk or buttery leather, nothing makes me want a piece of clothing more than a great fabric or material. This Rachel Roy top is so comfy that I could easily wear it to sleep in, and Splendid makes the softest clothes of just about any brand I know. This was probably the dressiest that I got for those two weeks, so I figured it warranted a picture.

And speaking of comfort -- I was shocked at how comfy these wedges are! Whenever I try new shoe brands, 90% of whether I love them depends on the fit, and these are absolutely perfect. Love them.
