Sherry Martini
A crisp stirred gin and sherry cocktail with a dry, savory edge and an optional ham or lemon finish.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce fino or manzanilla sherry
- Small strip of Spanish ham or lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
Pour the gin and sherry into a mixing glass, then add ice. Give it a good stir until the drink is properly cold, strain it into a chilled cocktail glass, and finish with the ham or lemon twist if you’re using one. Serve.
