Mustard, Rice Vinegar, and Miso Dressing Recipe
Dressings and Vinaigrettes
1 teaspoon hot mustard paste
3 tablespoons Saikyo miso
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon dashi
1 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to mix well. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
