Ingredients

4 strips of bacon, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 onion, diced

2 cups cooked white rice

2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup frozen peas

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 10 minutes total. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
