Last week, I had so much fun as part of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Force! We woke up bright and early to catch stylish New Yorkers on their way to school or work, and the pictures in this post are the people I picked out.

There's a stereotype that New Yorkers are rude or unfriendly, but I have to say that in all my time living in this city, it's been the rare exception where that's the case. This project was so much fun, but what made it incredible was how patient people were! The girl above told me that she was late for class, but she stuck around for me to take her picture. Two other girls got off of phone calls to pose for me! If that's not being open and friendly (in addition to stylish), I don't know what would be.

I had so much fun driving around in this crazy Mercedes Fashion Force car -- people were taking pictures of the car while I style-spotted! And a few days before I did this, I had SO much fun at the unveiling of the Mercedes Concept Car during the New York Auto Show! I wouldn't have thought that the auto show would be something I was particularly interested in, but in a way, a concept car is a lot like a fashion show -- it's the create prototype that the whole commercial line is based off of!

But there's one thing I was totally jealous of -- the Mercedes group was headed off to Miami after the auto show! They're sponsoring the AMG Miami Beach Polo World Cup, and celebrating it with a specially designed polo shirt benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Stylish, chic, and charitable as well? That's my kind of car!
