juicy summer

The thing I love most about my fellow style bloggers is that we are just such big dorks. No one takes themselves too seriously, myself included. So when Jordan and I saw these hats at the Juicy Couture summer preview, of course we started posing. This was before Gwenyth Paltrow's trainer led us in an arm workout, so, as you can imagine, it was a pretty great evening all around.

And if you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, you already know this -- but both of us will be walking in a fashion show for Kaboodle in a few weeks! Along with a few other blogger friends, we'll be modeling looks selected by Kaboodle's readers (click here for the gallery). I'm nervous (after my spill during Fashion Week, it appears that walking isn't always my strong suit) but super excited!

This is also a little sneak preview of my hair! I know the hat makes it kind of hard to see, but I'll have real pictures for you guys soon.

PS -- If all you think of when you hear Juicy Couture are tracksuits and babydoll tees, you should seriously take another look. They're so much more versatile than my high school self remembers, with this and this going on my must-have summer list. Simple, yet gorgeous.
