giveaway: banana republic mad men collection!

I have a confession to make: I'm obsessed with Megan Draper.

I know there's this incredibly prevalent feeling that the only women you're allowed to love on Mad Men are Joan (obviously) and Peggy, and all of Don's love interests play a distant second fiddle, but during the last season of Mad Men, I LOVED Megan. I loved seeing a little sixties fashion mixed in with its sublime retro costumes, and I loved that she's kind of modern and sexy and totally different from any woman on the show before her.

So when I got to pick a piece from Banana Republic's Mad Men collection, I obviously went right for Megan's sixties graphic print dress (see it on her in a promo shot here). It's amazing how this pattern is so obviously sixties-inspired but it still totally works today -- the sign of a good decade for fashion!
